We work hard to ensure you receive your rent in a timely manner. We have a strict policy and procedure in place to follow up any tenants lagging behind and have a zero tolerance to rental arrears. Our low rate of attendance at the Tenancy Tribunal or Mediation are testament to this policy.
Taking Your Property To Market
We reach the widest possible audience by presenting your property on our property management new plymouth website, TradeMe and on various social media sites.
We check your property regularly and keep you up to date with a report including photos and/or videos, maintenance and general information.
When your property is been advertised for rent, we personally and professionally show every potential tenant through. That means we can present all the features and benefits your house offers, whilst keeping your property secure.
We treat our tenants as valuable clients. Each new tenant receives some delicious cupcakes when they move in plus we give them a tenant welcome home guide with some general ideas on housekeeping and rent payments plus links to our social media sites for the latest on what's happening in our wonderful province. We also ask our tenants feedback and if service improvements are needed we act on it.
We deposit your rental income into your bank once/twice a month and provide you a statement. We can help with your end of year tax returns by giving you a Year End Statement.
